The drop-off behind this surveyor on the Going-to-the-Sun Road is at least several hundred feet. I’m not sure I could turn my back on it and work! Needless to say, he has the best view EVER!

I can’t even imagine doing his job! The view is outstanding.
I would be very distracted… look mountain! Of course I don’t like heights (as you know) so it would take some getting used to.
Makes a cubicle look not so bad.
Oh I don’t know… I think I would rather be scared on the side of a mountain than in a cubical any day!

I am nervous just being a passenger in a car on the Going to the Sun Road (I cannot drive it myself!). We were out there this past summer when there was quite a bit of construction work going on and I was amazed at how comfortable those guys looked in some very dangerous spots!
Hi Kathy,
I hear ya! I had to drive myself and it made me real nervous! Have you ever been on the Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park? That one felt worse to me.
